LeEco is holding their big US launch event in San Francisco. And perhaps the most interesting of the products announced is the LeEco uMax85 TV. This new TV is a 85-inch television, and more importantly, it is running Android TV and is of course a 4K affair. That is a pretty massive TV, so you’ll be able to watch a slew of 4K content through Android TV, including YouTube and Netflix on a massive display.

LeEco uMax85 TV Features:

An 85-inch 4K TV which features HDR — both the HDR10 and Dolby Vision — Harman Kardon speakers and Dolby Digital Plus.

Like Vizio TVs, this model uses a vast array of the local dimming zones to make for darker blacks and thus better contrast, as well as a more uniform brightness. In the case of uMax85, there are a total of 448 separate partitions. This TV boasts an 3,000:1 static contrast ratio, and 80,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. The new TV features a total of four HDMI inputs, and an optical audio output.

The TV also features Fluid Motion for the sports fans, and claims to provide one of the best TV experiences for the gamers, with a 6.5 millisecond response time. LeEco says its new TVs offer best-in-class processors and storage, along with uMax85 featuring a quad-core processor, with 4GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.
