BLU – the smartphone manufacturing company has recently launched its newest mid-range device, touted as the BLU S1 smartphone. The main highlight of the smartphone is 13 megapixel sensor that captures bright and clear pictures.

The smartphone features a 5.1 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that carries the support for 720 x 1280 pixels resolution and 16:9 ratio as well as 282 ppi of pixel density. The S1 smartphone runs on the seventh generation Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out of the box.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek MT6750 octa core processor, which is having a clock frequency of 1.5 GHz and coupled with Mali-T860MP2 graphics processor. On the storage front, the smartphone offers a 2GB of RAM along with 16GB of internal storage that can be further expanded with the help of MicroSD card up to 64GB.

As far as the camera is concerned, the phone sports a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash support, while on the front; there is a 5 megapixel front facing camera for capturing selfies and making video calls.

To power the device, there is a Non-removable Li-Po 2800 mAh battery buried inside that will provide you enough battery life. There is also a fingerprint sensor for added security that embedded at the front. The phone is available in two color options, including Black and Gold.
